ENRICHING LIFE, BUILDING COMMUNITY A tradition of caring since 1894

Remembering Loved Ones on Day of the Dead

November 1, 2021 By Heidi Elmquist

Pastor Leah, Spiritual Services, dims the light on the shrine to remember those we have loved and passed.
Residents at Iris Park Commons Assisted Living write the names of those they have loved and lost to be added to the shrine.

Cindy V, Life Enhancement, explains more about Day of the Dead traditions and how they are celebrated in other parts of the world. We remember our loved ones who have passed during a celebration at Iris Park Commons Assisted Living at Episcopal Homes.  Many thanks to Cindy and Leah for leading residents on this dia de los Muertos.
