Episcopal Homes of Minnesota Hosts Opening Celebration for Newly Constructed Midway Campus (Invite Only)
Community leaders will join senior living organization to celebrate its $45 million expansion
Episcopal Homes of Minnesota welcomes the community to the grand opening of its newly constructed Midway campus in Saint Paul, MN. On May 20, 2015, Episcopal Homes will open its doors to celebrate the completion of its new state-of-the-art senior living developments:
- The Gardens is the state’s first nursing home to implement the innovative Green House model of skilled nursing care. A Green House home is created to foster the same feeling and experience as living in a real home.
Addressing the demand for more affordable senior living options in the Twin Cities, Midway Pointe, is an affordable housing development featuring 50 one-bedroom apartments with city and courtyard views. It is also just footsteps away from the new METRO Green line on University Avenue.

- The Terrace at Iris Park, is a catered living development providing seniors with an expansive list of services that can be added as needed to preserve and enhance independence.
In addition, tenants now enjoy a new pool, fitness center, fine dining, cocktail lounge, hair salon and many more amenities. Saint Paul Mayor Chris Coleman, former Mayor George Latimer, Carleen Rhodes, Minnesota Philanthropy Partners and other community leaders will be there to celebrate the Episcopal Homes expansion.
