How long have you been in your position? Can you tell me a bit about your training?
I have been the Volunteer Director for 3 years. My background is in Public Health with a long history with non-profits.
What qualities make a good leader?
The ability to deeply listen and tie decision making to mission.
Please share an accomplishment you are especially proud of:
Bringing volunteers back to campus during this era of increased testing and infection control demands.
Please share a goal(s) for your area for 2022:
Capturing resident voice in evaluating our volunteer program.
A short sentence or two about you personally:
I take weekly Slovak lessons with a tutor. Because of the time difference, that is how I start my Monday mornings at 6:30 am.
