The Superior Health Quality Alliance recognized both Episcopal Church Home and the Gardens skilled nursing home for their commitment to improves outcomes and quality as participants in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) Collaborative. Both homes were named Vaccine Ambassadors for achieving a 75 percent or higher vaccination rate for their employees.
