NeighborCare | St. Paul Home Care from Episcopal Homes

Neighborcare: Neighborhood home care services

NeighborCare by Episcopal Homes is an innovative new home care model designed to help older adults remain independent longer by making in-home support services more affordable and accessible.

A tailored, cost-saving approach to home care

Unlike the one size fits all model common today requiring three- or four-hour blocks of care as a minimum, NeighborCare offers a broader range of home care support options.  NeighborCare will help clients with daily tasks that take an average of 20 minutes per visit, possibly multiple times each day. Through broader support options, NeighborCare reduces costs and makes in-home support more affordable and accessible.

24-hour support within your Neighborhood Hub

Support within a defined neighborhood hub allows care teams to remain within close proximity 24 hours a day, if needed, through a push of a button should an unplanned difficulty arise. Long-standing social support networks help older adults remain safe and independent in their homes.

A care team you know with a heart for our mission

NeighborCare is an extension of Episcopal Homes’ 125-year old mission of enriching life and building community with older adults in St. Paul. Our care professionals are chosen because of their desire to understand and adapt to the personal needs of each client.
